Happy New Year!

I love that quote, but I have to offer my personal view:  I’m VERY unlikely to see midnight, but I AM optimistic for the coming year. 

I have written much about our real estate market in 2022, and it has truly been a time of great change.  Frantic in the first quarter, cooling in the second, and slow progress toward a “balanced” market in the second half of the year.

I absolutely believe in the underlying strength of our local/regional economy and real estate market. I’ll have more to say about this as the New Year progresses.  For now I’ll just offer my positive outlook and wish you great happiness, success, and prosperity in all you do.
