Texas Approaching Worst Ever Drought?
It’s still early in the legislative session. As you saw in my recent summary of our Water Forum at the Texas Capitol, water is getting a lot of attention. Here’s a quick recap from ABOR.com as well.
A few days later I attended a second forum organized by StateImpact. Where our forum at the Capitol took a statewide view and focused almost entirely on funding the Texas Water Plan, that later event brought important regional perspectives to the issue,and added comments about the role of rule-making, etc:

There is still much to do on this while the legislature is in town — and for a long time after ….
