Pride in RE/MAX … please forgive a little bragging

RE/MAX Above The Crowd

We just received some important recognition, so I want to take a couple of minutes to brag a little.  Two industry surveys, from REAL Trends and RISMedia, rank RE/MAX at the top in two important categories:

I hope you’ll take a minute to review a little more about those surveys:
RE/MAX Helps the Most Consumers in U.S., Canada
I am proud to be associated with such a great organization, but this is not just about “making numbers.”
It’s about RE/MAX agents:
  • being dedicated to real estate as a full-time profession,
  • earning the highest level of advanced education in the industry,
  • being active in the market every day,
  • staying informed and involved with market conditions, contracts,
    and negotiation,
  • managing the home selling/home buying process for the benefit of every client,
  • having ongoing relationships with other folks that “make it happen” (mortgage lenders, home inspectors,  repair/renovation contractors, etc.) and — last but not least —
  • enjoying the highest rate of repeat and referral business in the industry.
On the local level, I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of the success of RE/MAX Capital City:

All of the measurements above are about the client service and client satisfaction side of the business, which is obviously vital, and the reason most clients choose their professional representation.

Children's Miracle NetworkThe community service aspect of our business is critical as well.  Among other important relationships,  RE/MAX is the real estate industry sponsor of  Children’s Miracle Network and the Komen Foundation.  I  contribute part of the proceeds of every transaction to CMN.   (In Austin, those dollars all stay right here, at Dell Children’s Medical Center.)  Here’s a little more information about this important role:

To my clients:

Thank you for allowing me to serve you.

You have allowed me to contribute significantly to CMN for many years.

About Bill Morris, Realtor

More than thirty years of business experience (high tech, client service, business organization and start-up, including many years in real estate) tell me that service is the key to success and I look forward to serving you. I represent both buyers and sellers throughout the Austin metropolitan area, which means first-hand market knowledge is brought to bear on serving your needs: -- Seller Representation is a comprehensive process that begins with thorough market analysis and consultation, continues with properly staging the home to achieve the highest price possible in a reasonable time on market, a complete program of marketing and promotion, ongoing updates and communication, closing coordination, and follow-up throughout (and after) the sale. -- Buyer Representation is also full service: shopping, previewing, price and market consultation, contracting, negotiating, coordination of inspections, appraisals, repairs, and closing details, and follow-up beyond the closing of your purchase to ensure your lasting satisfaction. Because the real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, you need a professional that understands the industry and is positioned to stay ahead of the game. I go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. That's why I constantly research the market and property values so your home is priced effectively from day one. I also make sure the public knows your home is for sale by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers.
